Make Feather Wind reduce fatigue

As the title, how about make the Feather Wind reduce fatigue?
This will make this tree more attractive, and it actually sounds like what a pair of wing of wind will do.

Support. Would definitely make feather wind much more viable.

It's very viable now for the speed and encumberance bonus. Why would you want something like speed on an archmage? Kiting.

Enemies that have effective range of talents <10 can be kited around the map without any chance of catching up with you. In the ID with a level 12 archmage I killed a level 35 orc berserker (8 range rush), venom wyrms (9 range on breath), worm that walks (9 range on drain, 6 on acid worm), thanks to a speed bonus. Being able to carry around loads of gear to switch also helps. It is also dirt cheap, it costs only 10 mana to sustain.

Feather wind is just fine, stop being cheap and invest 5 points in it.

Remeber Feather Amulet?
I feel it will be good if this skill will do the same thing that Feather Amulet will do, since they have similar name.
And also, arcaneblade will really like this change.
