[b43] summoning through walls

Summoning through walls via targetable summons is stupid and cheesy. A patch is attached to fix this. Did I miss any targetable summons? I fixed the yeek and thalore racials, and summoner class summons.

Oh yeah, this needs to be done with Lure too.
