UI problems

I was adjusting the Screen resolution in hopes of more action bar space, and upon swapping between severals ettings to see how it looks I've run into a UI problem. I was briefly on a smaller screen resolution then I usually play. When I switched back suddenly my action bar is parked about 40% of the way up my screen rather then along the bottom edge.

Additionally I can't even try to mess with it by swapping resolution a few time because I can nolonger modify game resolution. Now when I open the video options and click a new resolution the resolution doesn't change- no error message, no new resolution, absolutely no acknowledgement that I even clicked on a new resolution- the select a resolution screen just stays open blithely ignorant of my attempts to use it.

If the specific numbers help I historically ran on 1280x1024 fullscreen- the action bar bug happened after I briefly scitched to 800x600 and I am no currently stuck on 1152x864 fullscreen.

I've tried closing the game and reloading, and the issue persists on all my current characters.

Anyway, if there's a way to manually move UI elements, that would be very useful, or otherwise just information on how to manually reset my UI settings to circumvent my issues would also work.

Yeah, fullscreen resolutions are finicky. Change to a windowed resolution first, then to the full screen res you want. That should work

Also "reset interface positions" under game menu to restore UI positions & the little padlock icon in the bottom right to move or re-size UI elements.
