[svn] small bug
Just a smallish bug that I have noticed playing the SVN (as of 2 days ago.) The Reaver talent Willful Tormentor (adds 20 to max vim) doesn't seem to work correctly, and doesn't seem to actually increase max vim, at least as shown onscreen.
