Zigur followers shouldn't get arcane artifacts from Merchant

Right now, there is no warranty that your char will be able to equip the ordered item from the Merchant. I agree that the quest should be random and that the item should not be obligatorily better than what you already have, but unequipable is a bit too far.

The Merchant should be told that the character will not accept any "filthy" arcane item.

This problem still happens in b42. I bought 2 dwarf lamps artifacts that were arcane, while I was a proud Zigur follower.

This -should- have been fixed in the current SVN/in b43, I believe. Confirmation would be good, but I think he uploaded a fix for it.
