Honestly, not sure if this is a bug or not, but thought I would point it out anyways. The new Wyrmic talent Dissolve hits 4 times for 35% damage at level 1. However, it does not seem to correctly reduce bonus damage from non-weapons - ie, amulet that "adds 10 electrical damage" or whatever - and those effects are applied in full for each of the 4 hits, making this ability far stronger than it was likely meant to be.
Just thought I would bring it up. Nothing major really, considering the cooldown, and for all I know that's how all multi-hit attacks work. But whatev.
