My dominated summoner could still swap squares with a summon. Haven't tried it yet with pin, frozen feet etc.

I have. It works for anything that should immobilize you. Easiest way to test it is in the slaver compound: Get a few freed slaves following you, then let a thrall grapple you, then swap with a neutral slave. The grapple breaks on the next turn.

I got pinned by ritch impaler, used dominant will on him. Swapping place with him is instant action.
