Repel talent on cursed doesn't deactivate and reactivate when talent points are added, so one can unaware be running it at at lower level of effectiveness for hours, until an npc deactivates it for you.

Mofeover, and worse, Grim Resolve increases your stats as you take damage, but Repel's chance of repelling doesn't increase as STR increases frmo Grim Resolve, and it should. I built my character specifically to take advantage of this, and it is unfortunately not working

Wait - now I am confused. Now my talent icon says 17% chance, but the icon on screen says %23. To date, these numbers have been the other way round. I just put on a shield, which gives a boost, so perhaps that is it. But I stil think it is not scaling as str scales LIVE as it were.
