I've just equipped Eel-skin armor and two invested points got frozen.
This always happens when i spend points, accept and then later:
a) equip items with +stats or +talents
b) train ghoul or skeleton first generic
It could probably occur when learning talents or stats from consumables and NPCs.

Please also nerf saving a point to access level-up screen and respec (possibly every turn). Maybe you could restrict in-combat unlearning of previously trained points. So if you're in combat it is allowed only shortly after character receives a level and once per character level.
