[svn]Irresistible Sun doesn't take a turn

...Nor does it need to cool down (I couldn't enter all of that in the subject).

Was finishing up on a Sun Paladin today, and decided to take the Irresistible Sun prodigy. I was having a lot of fun with it, but I noticed that I was able to use it quite frequently. I checked the description, and it is supposed to have a 1-turn use and a 25-turn cooldown, but it neither took the turn or went of cooldown when I tried it.
