Thought up a new class, won't really expand it or work it into code. Feel free to adopt. (my apologies for any spelling mistakes)
The infected are a group of upstart powerhungry mages who tried to abuse nature by combining it's power with their arcane casting.
Nature punished them by infecting them with a special taint, which should prevent them from using magic ever again. Transformed, the infected cry out their jealousy and hatred against the world, against anyone who remains uneffected, anyone who can still use magic and especially against the taint itself. Yet they still hunger for power and as much as they fight the taint, so much they try to abuse it.
They use: Magic and Willpower
+1 Strength, +0 Dexterity, +0 Constitution
+3 Magic, +5 Willpower, +0 Cunning

Wild-gift - Infection - requires Willpower
Level up not so much your character, but the infection that afflicts it.
Nature's Punishment
Passive
starts with one point that cannot be unlearned
Nature left it's mark. It infuses your body and you can overcome it only with pure hatred.
You cannot use spells when below 50 hatred. Whenever you lose hatred, you restore (scale with talent level)% of that in equilibrium.
Spoiled Touch
Passive
The taint wants to spread it's judgement. Every time you you hit your opponent, you have a (scale with talent level)% chance to infect and thereby silence it for 1 turn.
Forced Attunement
Passive
The infection takes away all that is unnatural. As long as you are below 50 hatred, you increase your resistance against Arcane, Blight, Darkness, Light and Temporal damage by (scale with talent points)%
Forced Blessing
20 equilibrium
Active: 25 cooldown
Bless unnatural energy by converting it into life energy, in a radius of 4 with you as it's center. Everyone within this range will lose mana, vim, positive and negative energy and gain life equal to 50%,100%,200% of the lost resources, respectifly. Scales with mindpower. (scales with talent level too)
Wild Gift - Symbiotism - requires willpower
You hate it, it hates you. Might as well take out some guys together.
Nature's Guidance
Passive
The infection guides your movements. You recieve (scale with talent points) bonus to attack. You gain hatred whenever you burn enemy resources.
Nature's Will
Sustain
10 equilibrium
Your attacks deal (scale with talent level and mindpower) manaburn on hit.
Nature's Wrath
10 equilibrium
Range: 8
Active: 10 cooldown

Nature gives form to your hatred. You attack a target at range, dealing (scale with talentlevel)% weapon damage as nature damage.
Taint's incarnation
15 equilibrium
Range: melee
Active: 20 cooldown
Summon a spider with spoiled touch. Learns spitting poison at talent level 3. The spider lasts 10 turns and scales with talentlevel and mindpower.
Cursed - Abuse - requires magic
You have the taint, so you abuse it.
Altered Infection
5 hate
Range: 3
Active: 7 cooldown
Spell
Inflict an infection apun your target, decreasing all resistances by (scale with talentlevel and spellpower) for (scale with talentlevel and spellpower) turns.
Altered Will
Sustain
Spell
Increases nature resistance by (3*talentpoints)%. Your attacks deal an additional (scale with talentlevel and spellpower) nature damage on hit. Each hit drains 1 hatred.
Altered Grass
10 hate
range: 6
active: 15 cooldown
Spell
Strange grass sprouts from the ground, attacking anything in a radius of 2/2/3/3/4/4 for (scales with talentlevel and spellpower) darkness damage each turn for 5 turns. Attacked targets have their movement speed reduced by (scales with talentpoints)%.
Afflicted Treant
10 hate
20 equilibrium
range: 3
active: 30 cooldown
Spell
Summon an afflicted treant. The treant has spoiled touch, unnatural body and channels your Altered Will, receiving the same bonus damage but draining hate from it instead of you. Each turn, the treant loses 5% max hit points. The treant scales with talentlevel and spellpower. (it's Altered Will scales with your Altered Will talentlevel and spellpower)

I like the core concept, and I've wanted to see a caster/wilder hybrid for a while, but thematically this seems a little misplaced. Blight is undeniably in the realm of the Defilers, not the Afflicted, and specializing in magical disease infliction is pretty much covered by Reavers.
You might be interested to know that playing a magic-heavy ("blighted") summoner will be motivated in the next build.

should be defiler, not afflicted since its a taint of nature, exactly what blight is.
Also, I dont see nature creating taints itself, blight and taints were caused by humanoids, not nature.

Wrong wording I guess. In this case, nature's taint doesn't refer to a taint on nature, but an influence by nature on the afflicted. The taint itself is pure nature, untainted. I haven't payed a whole lot of attention to the defilers, so I didn't realise that word was bound by them.
I had chosen blight because the afflicted tries to abuse nature, but I guess that doesn't mean the nature of nature should change*. ie, it should probably all be changed to nature damage.

Also, this class isn't really specialized in inflicting deseases. It's got 1 plus the 1 turn silence. Is that treading on the reaver too much?
*since nature in this case is repurposed and guided by hatred rather than changed by the arcane.
What I like about this class is that you can really chose your weapons as you chose where to spend your general points. Also, you can chose to go Anti-Magic, but it cost you at least one skill tree. (and you can forget about staff combat)
