It was the OpenGL problem!
I do not known, how to let sdl using directx, so i have to uninstall the default driver from win8 and install the one for win7 from the intel homepage.
now, everything works again.
My Graphic Card: Intel X3100
Chipset:GM960(also GM965)

ToME uses opengl directly, directx wont help
