No arena character?

Not sure if this is a bug or not but I'm at level 11, walked into Derth first time, no sign of the "Hey over here" guy that lets you fight in the Arena. Never seen this before.

No bug. Currently, the arena fight is specifically for levels 1-10; if you come in at level eleven or later, the arena fellow will be gone.
