Question on Dual Weapon Training

Does Dual Weapon Training interact with mindstars? Mindstars aren't supposed to have off-hand penalties, so I assume their off-hand damage is 100%. How does that work when you use Dual Weapon Training, which increases the off-hand damage to 56%? (and >100% at max lvl?)

Mindstars havew a minimum of 100% damage, but can go over if you have the right skills.

So for dual weapon training <=100%, mindstars deal 100% and for dual weapon training 105%, mindstars deal 105%?
Expected as much, but doesn't seem like it'll be worth putting points there if I want to try mindstars on a rogue
