Certain talents are not visible when inspecting. Silence on a ruin banshee is one of them.
Others like attack etc. Should remain invisible.

All monster talents are hidden pretty much (i.e. ones in the npc file).
Considering the nature of inspect and the point the game is at maybe this should be changed.
