The equipment had never appeared as a blessing to me. I think it's ironic. I don't know if the equipment is deliberately designed as a joke.
Nature's blessing?

Nature's blessing?
I knew Nature's Blessing was infused by arcane disrupting power. I learned the fact at the cost of several deaths of my Archmages. I tried a Thalore Summoner today and I got the equipment again. I said all right, I'm a wild class so I might be blessed. So I put 4 stats points in STR to be able to wear it. I never imagined I would die of it's arcane disrupting effect this time, until I knew it could disrupt my teleport rune.

Well, I think it's about understanding magic and anti-magic in the world. Once you got that down. It should be good.

It's not a joke. It's a fantastic item... as long as you aren't trying to use magic.

If you rely on any talent that says Is Spell: True in the description then don't use antimagic equipment.
And yes, that goes for runes and shalore racials too.
