Open transmo window before switching zone

The transmo window should open before you enter the next level, so that you can sort your inventory, equip new items and turn old ones into gold to get rid of overburden without wasting turns in a new level with enemies and escorts waiting for you and their death.

Also, right now, if you crash the game after loading the new area, all your stuff stays in your chest. So you could theoretically go through the whole game with unlimited inventory space.
