I don't do much summoning when I play, but I guess if you target a wall (perhaps it needs to be an adjacent wall, dunno) as the target location for the summon, there's a chance it'll be summoned on the other side of the wall.
This can lead to much cheesiness.
So, perhaps use a ball with radius 0 as the target type when choosing where to place a summon (since ball targeting stops before the wall, not on the wall).
I think this pertains to summoners, yeeks, and thalore... anything else?

Basically players are targeting terrain and relying on find free grid to give themselves a chance that the summon appears on the other side of it.
Another solution to this is to make sure the targeted terrain isn't a wall. It's how I fixed the Diminsional Step cheese.
