Buggy Camera

#1 Post by erudaki »

When i use an ability that selects a target, the camera forces center on the highlighted tile causeing serious camera issues when i move my mouse slightly, it bugs out and jerks the camera everywhere... It did not used to follow the cusor so sensitivly and i do not understand why it is doing this but it is making the game hard to play... Please tell me how to fix this... thanks.

Would you happen to be on OSX?

Happens to me as well (windows 7). Usually just a minor annoyance, but sometimes the cursor goes 1-2 screens off from my character, and I have to cancel the skill and center on the player toon manually.

Two thoughts:

(1) Try increasing "Smooth creatures movement" in "Game options" and see how targeting changes.

(2) Try different arrangements of HUD elements; for example, try not having the talent icon bar stretch all the way left or right, or move things off of edges, etc. You may also want to see how the default HUD arrangement behaves.
