Derth Air Elemental Attack Bug

Hi,
I received the Derth air elemental attack around lvl 12. I killed every last elemental as a zerker at ~14 but did not receive a complete message. I cannot find anymore elementals, even in the water way around village. Also, the quest is still active in my journal. The lightning effects still occur in the village and when on the world map, I still see a storm over the village. Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Hum are you very very sure it's not hidden somewhere ? ry a wand of detection if you have one, any kind of death, even if by the handsof townfolk or drowning or whatever should still trigger it
