[B40] Randelite (lvl 8) with Masterful Telekinetic Archery

Just as the title says, level eight randelite with masterful telekinetic archery. I'd reported the error in chat but was told (admittedly a few weeks ago) to report it on the forums too. Just overall far too low a level for that talent.
