This doesn't really look like a bug. The mouse is a Berserker randelite. It has a two handed weapon (which it can do because a bunch of classes and talents are equipment-dependent). It Warshouts at you. Is there something else going on?

Anyone else think animals should just be excluded completely from random elites? Thematically it just brings up too many odd things. The talents were all designed with humanoids in mind.

That would be far too limitating. Also animals are alraedy exluded form some, like arcane classes or archers.
But animals, as natural things can be infused by Nature herself with powers beyond normal ones, like wild gifts or psionics

Random elites rodents (mouses, rabits, ..) that get Warshout will now instead do Warsqueak. Yes. Just because.
