So, I have 24 unspent stat points, 1 category point, 14 class points and 9 generic points. Getting ready for the Dreadfell, so easy part has ended and I should invest all that points. What do you suggest to take and why?
How would you develop this character?

Re: How would you develop this character?
Open the category with Step Up (Battle Tactics, I think.) Max Step Up and Rush. Mobility is invaluable. Put at least a point or two in Perfect Strikes, in case you run into dreads or dreadmasters. That should use up most of your class points; Quick Recovery, Shield Pummel, or Assault would be good choices for the the remaining few: QR for recovery after teleporting from the Master, Shield Pummel for the stun, Assault for damage.
Max Unflinching Resolve; stun and confusion kill, and both are fairly common in Dreadfell. The rest of the generics should be put in some combination of Combat Accuracy and Armor Training - armor hardiness important for super-high armor characters like Bulwarks, and Assault really wants high accuracy.
The stat points should max Strength, which will boost your damage and Shield Pummel's stun chance. I think you have enough Con, so I'd put the rest in Dex for the accuracy and defense, but it's a matter of preference.
Also, replace one of your healing or regen infusions with a teleport rune or movement infusion. Running is important!

<Ferret> The Spellblaze was like a nuclear disaster apparently: ammo became the "real" currency.
