Talent error pop up

When ever I try to use one of my talents this error window pops up:

It renders most of my talents unusable since the error window gets in the way.

Which race and class, and talent trees unlocked, and beta, and addons?

(Yes, it's a separate cause but the effect is the same, the players default target has gotten stuck somehow).

I'm playing on a mac laptop so I don't know where the debug console is located.
