[b38] sling/bow ctrl compare colour reversal?

I had two artifact slings, one at 80% speed and the other at 70% speed. I think the 70% speed one is better, but I think if you compare these two slings, the 80% speed comes out green and the 70% red, but shouldn't it be the other way round? I'm going from memory, so perhaps I've got this wrong, or perhaps I misunderstand how this works, as I rarely play archers.

So, is this a bug or not?

Yup, sounds like a display bug. 70% is better than 80%.
