Sunder Armor overpowered?

Sunder Armor is a handy skill, but why on earth can you use it to make an enemy's armor NEGATIVE?
The Ed draws near! What dost thou deaux?

It... destroys their ability to block physically?

Nah. It's a display issue if anything.

As far as the combat mechanics are concerned armor below 0 does nothing.
