[b38/OSX] Chat hover-over bug

Trying to hover over a name in chat for information doesn't seem to work. It only shows the tooltip for the last player in the chat window (I can actually look at other players by scrolling up/down).

Me too, just read that and went to play and it did that. Btw I'm on Linux Ubuntu.

The in-game chat is acting up:
1) It does not show a popup on mouseover for people in [3-global].
2) If I
  a) unlock the user interface, and
  b) move the chat box, then
  c) the chat box goes into a mode where
    i) the vertical spacing between lines is increased by 3 pixels so that the total line height goes from from 12 to 15 pixels (numbers taken using the Basic Small font) and
    ii) the popup only shows for the bottommost person, the original reason for this thread. I also have to scroll to change who is at the bottom to get a popup for them.
  d) This (problem 2) is fixed by going to the main menu and back.
