[b38/OSX] Tooltip does not update when scrolling with arrows

In the shop screen, tooltips do not update when using the arrow keys to look at the items. Note that this is not true for the normal inventory screen, it behaves as expected.
Sorry about all the parentheses (sometimes I like to clarify things).
