Quests reveal map locations

#1 Post by Grey »

Getting a quest should reveal the location of the dungeon on the map. Makes it more friendly for new players who haven't a clue where to find said dungeons. This particularly applies to the Old Forest/Daikara/etc set, the lumberjack quest, and the prides. At the moment Tol Falas is easier to find than Daikara - potentially bad for inexperienced players.

The general locations are included in the quest descriptions, but the could probably be updated. How about:

Code: Select all

desc[#desc+1] = "The Maze is west of Derth, set in the base of the mountains."
desc[#desc+1] = "The Sandworm Lair is to the far west of Derth, beyond the mountains and near the sea."
desc[#desc+1] = "The icy mountains of Daikara is on the eastern borders of the Thaloren forest."
The Thaloren forest and Maze mountains only have the generic names showing up in the tooltips... maybe this should also be updated?
<DarkGod> lets say it's intended
