Finally, managed the surprise encounter.

After many tries I gave up.
I have even played rogues with the sole purpose to win here.
Not even close.

Today it was time again.
I gave it the standard try.
The first thing I did was to Rush one of the archers down left.
With the only movement speed rune I got rid of the next, plus I managed to hide.
I ran over east but they followed and shot an occational arrow.
I was surrounded and I wondered should I waste one (of two) teleportation wands?
Well, I hated it, but I did use it.
Now followed a lot of running, hiding, teleporting (amulet and wands).
When I had the chance I rushed the archers and finally they where dead.
In corners, with only two orcs in range, I managed to kill them, one after the other.
Suddenly stamina was out.

So I took a stance and started to whack the big guy with my shield rune activated.
I did not take much damage at all.
So I just punched him down.

And there it was. When he was down, the last stray orcs was no match.

Weapons are nothing spectacular at all.
Star and a dwarven steel with grease for slowness.

The rest of EQ are standard yellow.
The only super item is a stratelite ring with spectacular stats for a rogue.
