Make Wands Rechargeable With Gems

I'd like to be able to recharge a wand using gems.

The "Tools of the Art" store that sells wands in Angolwen could offer this service with a fee in gold just like how the jeweler charges gold for infusing rings with gems.

The Imbue Item talent of the Stone Alchemy category could have this feature built into it. Select a wand to imbue and it gets recharged using the gem by a number equal to the gem's grade level.

This could be relatively balanced as it requires resource management to keep the right wands charged for the future.
