[b37] Faerlhing fangs don't drop in West
Title says it all, really. Faerlhings can show up rarely in places like the Ruined Dungeon in the West but never drop fangs there. Confirmed this twice now in different games. (I get them fine in the East.) Kind of annoying since it's an alchemist ingredient I always seem to need.

Similar situation for Ritch stingers - though I don't know if summoner ritches drop them... While not a real bug it's really annoying.
