First time to do that, using my overpowered Anorithil. Really tense fight, only possible to survive using hit and run tactics with damage over-time spells. The overpowered drakes also have a tendency to hit each other with their breath weapons, which also helped.
Also, I think I see why some people here think that confusion is a bit over-the-top. One of the tactics I used was to stand near a doorway and wait for a dragon to come through then hit him with a Mind blast and proceed to unload everything - that tactic would probably take him down to one-third health, easy pickings for the next run.
Hugely instrumental was my teleportation runes and the Wintertide Vial, for curing Silence. Great fight overall, in the best tactical game I have played since a long time! Once again, well done to Darkgod and all the other developers for creating such a gem of a game!
