black screen error(s)

I have looked throughout the forums for a solution to this but have found none i am currently on windows xp and everytime on every version of the game i can start up the game fine but when i try and start i finish making my character and then the combat grid is just black and my mini map and stats are still there i have 2 errors that i get and they are there in the file as soon as i download the game but one is updated after i play i will attach them.
