Talent Bar Disappears

This has happened several times on several different characters. I'll be running around and suddenly my talent bar will go blank. I can still activate the talents by pressing the corresponding number key, so its not that they are actually empty slots, just not showing up. Thinking I had toggled something, I went through and hit every key on my keyboard hoping that the bar would appear again, but it didn't. Saving/reloading didn't help either. Is this a bug or did I just hit something inadvertently that would cause this?

Try hitting Tab to switch between enemy list and skillbar or page up/page down to scroll through the different hotkey bars.
