[b36] Hotkeys don't work for items with same name

If you try to hotkey multiple on-use items with the same name, only one shows up for all the icons. For example, I have three yew staves of channeling, and it seems impossible to put more than one on the hotkey bar. If you try to place another one on a different hotkey, the original hotkey just becomes a copy of the new one.
