Knife mastery not increasing physical power

Knife mastery not increasing physical power
On my rogue it says knife mastery gives a phys power boost as well as the %age damage increase but I am not seeing this.
Re: Knife mastery not increasing physical power
Strange, I have seen it on Temporal Warden, though knife was in off-hand.
Re: Knife mastery not increasing physical power
Last rogue that I played the mastery was correctly giving my character Physical Power.
Every 20 points in power or save, gains in each respective type have diminished returns.
I.E.
0-20 each point counts fully
20-40 two points count as one
40-60 three points count as one
60-80 four points count as one
80-100 five points count as one
So for the full 100 points in a power or save requires roughly 300 points total.
In a typical early game case, gaining 3 physical power from a generic point in knife mastery, assuming you already have a p.power score of 20 or higher would actually give you 1.5 physical power instead, and depending on the fractions given by other sources of p.power, that number would round up or down, but you would still gain the full benefit from the fractions despite appearances.

Re: Knife mastery not increasing physical power
*cough* Knife mastery's actually bugged right now, yes. There's already a fix for it somewhere on the forum, iirc. EDIT: The thread in question.
Basically, it's giving points to the non-knife weapons, instead of knives. This is really easy to see if you spawn up something not-a-rogue and then invest a point into knife mastery. My 'zerker could have 6 more physpower on its battleaxe, if I'd just put a point into knife mastery

Re: Knife mastery not increasing physical power
So this would actually be a very exploitable way for...say a Berserker trying to get huge amounts of damage through generics.
