One that I keep forgetting to mention - Create Minions will display the number of minions you can currently summon, instead of the total number of minions. This is confusing on the level-up screen. The player can add and subtract just fine, so it should always show the maximum.

Stone Touch doesn't mention that it doesn't work on elites. It allows you to cast it and fails silently (or is there a fail chance?). I tried to use it for the first time on a lvl 35 elite Fire Wyrm, just to get away... obviously losing a turn and having it do nothing wasn't very nice for my terrified lvl 14 alchemist 
Edit: Okay, it just worked on a level 37 elite Skeleton Master Archer, so it must just have a fail chance. So instead the bug here is that it doesn't give any kind of "<enemy> resists!" or "Your attempt to turn <enemy> to stone fails!" message. Some indication in the talent description that it is subject to a (physical?) save would also be helpful - some of the Alchemist's other talents are always-hit so it's probably worth differentiating
By the way, should I collect a few reports from other threads (about descriptions) and add them here, so they're in one place? Or would that not be helpful..?
Have you thought about implementing a bug tracker for the game, something like IdeaTorrent or Bugzilla, or (probably much easier/simpler), a phpBB3 MOD like FireTracker? Maybe I'm overthinking it, since normal forum posts already work pretty well anyway, but I just thought I'd throw that out there

Not strictly necessary but maybe Skullcracker could mention the % of enemies failing their actions when confused?

Step Up does not increase your movement speed, but global speed.
If you can kill enemies with 1 attack you get a "permanent" 1000% global speed increase, greatly increasing your damage output.
