Rename Rhaloren camp

*IF* I had to guess...'Camp'often makes me think of something like an open-aired temporary settlement, while it looks like it's actually a stone building/tower. I'd use 'Base', but that somehow feels out of place.

I really like Stronghold. Would work well with a new wilderness tile for it, too(or could use the Ruined Dungeon one).

I don't know -- it makes sense to me. The Rhaloren are relatively new, I think (judging by the fact that the leader only recently found the Spellblaze Crystal.) My understanding is that they set up an encampment in a ruined dungeon or some such thing.

Exactly aquillon, it's a new camp there, it's obvious since when you get there you often see them still trying to remove the local vermin
