[b34] Fog in Daikara and weather effects option

Hi, just another minor one.
Sometimes the fog in Daikara makes it pretty much unplayable with ascii 16x16. Not a big issue, I just wait for it to pass.
The "bug" that I'm raising is that disabling weather effects in the game options does not make any difference. The fog is there whether its enabled or not.

It affects *new* zones

I'm not sure whether this refers to zones which were "new" to the game at the time or zones that you have not yet entered yet.

Just raising a bug as was suggested in that post. The screenshot shows Daikara when weather effects are disabled.

The latter, zones you have not yet entered. If it's a serious issue, you can go into your save folder and delete the daikara.teaz (while you're on the world map!) and then re-enter the zone. That'll cause the zone to regenerate and should respect the weather change afterward.
