[b34] Permanent -2 Light Radius

My Dwarf Warden now has a -2 light radius when every sustained is off and every item unequipped. I know of no talent that does this, and my other characters never had this problem. Is there an anomaly that does that? It isn't level-dependent, as it is still -2 even at the world map. I first noticed this in the Dark Crypt encounter quest. I thought it was simply a darkness spell of some kind... Now I have to spam Bathe in Light every few steps.

Off topic: Is there a better way to make sure something is a bug before reporting it? I'm not exactly having a great track record with reporting these things...

Spend 10-15 minutes searching the bugs forum for a keyword that you luckily guess? A few mistakes aren't as bad as missed issues, especially considering it doesn't take much effort to type a one sentence answer.
