Timeless. It's not a bug just how the effect works.

If the effect sticks around for another turn and goes to -3 that would be a problem though.

Ok. But what exactly does it mean?

... it means the duration is -2. Negative 2. Two below zero, to be as clear as possible. Since the effect's duration is <= 0, (less than or equal to zero), it will end next turn.

Timeless is the shalore racial talent that reduces the duration of negative effects (and increases the duration of positive effects) by a set amount. This can quite easily drop the duration of negative effects below zero.

I think the point is, a duration below 1 makes no sense. Either give timeless a min duration of 1 or make it so that, if the duration is lowered to 0 or below you don't actually get the effect.

It... it's fine as is, I think. There's no functional difference between Timeless setting negative durations to one or zero and it dropping them below zero; the UI quirk is kinda' minor. It's also very easy to tell what's going on with basic mathematic knowledge and seeing what happens the next turn (i.e. the effect goes away).

Having Timeless wild/providence-effect the negative statuses it drops below zero wouldn't make much of a difference in the talent's power, either, so... I'd probably say just leave it be.

I kinda' like seeing the negative numbers, m'self :(
