[svn] Call Shadows occasionally not firing

My Doomed arrived in Norgos Lair 1 without any shadows called, but with the talent active. After he had cleared half the map, there hadn't been a single shadow spawn (depite almost-maxed hate). I tried de- and reactivating the sustain a few times before finally giving up and finishing the map. After entering NL 2, the two shadows were summoned almost instantly.
