[b30] Harmony tree unlocked with 0.0 points!

I unlocked Harmony Tree and dumped about 4 generic points in it, wondering why the stats weren't increasing each time. Then I finally noticed it has 0.0 points in it! That's not very fair! It used to have points in it I think when I first unlocked it. Would a backup guardian in the West have knocked it out perhaps?

Were you wearing an item that gave + Harmony mastery when you ate the Heart? That's what happened to me once.

Yes a certain belt! This is a bug then.
