Unable to enter certain dungeons

I just started playing ToME 2.3.5 due to its recent release on Android (I'd played vanilla Angband previously). I've ran into a problem however: I can't enter dungeons like the Orc Cave. Every time I try, I get the following messages:
"You enter a maze of down staircases." (cool)
"You don't feel yourself experienced enough to go there..." (not so cool)
And then I stay in the overview map, contrary to the initial message. Is there any way to bypass this? It destroys the whole point of an open-ended roguelike.

What you want should be in d_info.txt (in tomedir/lib/edit); IIRC entry level is set there on a per-dungeon basis. Umm wait a minute, this is on Android? I hope Android has a text editor.

(No, I haven't touched a smart phone in my life, and if I bought one I wouldn't know how to use it.)

Yeah, Android has text editors. Worst-case scenario I can just upload the file to my PC, modify it, and then put it back on my phone.
