[b29] 4th alchemist doesn't appear

The hermit doesn't appear on the map. I searched the entire map, but he isn't there.

Think I had a similar bug with the apprentice mage.

May wish to check and see if adventurer parties can kill them. In b28, an allied kingdoms patrol could swap positions with the apprentice mage that I saw.
Having satellite internet is a lot like relying on the processes described in those RFC's for your internet. Except, instead of needing to worry about statues interrupting your connection, this time you worry about the weather. I have satellite internet. Fun, no?

I also wonder if they can drown. Not really sure why that was changed (or why I can't see the grass when its out of LoS).
