Can not see what the alchemist potions give

After accepting the task I can not see what the different elexirs give.

Elixir of Serendipity for example? But what does it do?

Is it a bug or is there a way to find out in game that I fail to see?

There is a tooltip when you choose which potion to quest for. But it would be nice if there was a way to look again from the journal...

You are able to see what each of the potion rewards do at the "choose which potion you want to try and get ingredients for" screen via an item tooltip, which is the same as the tooltip from identified potions. Serendipity increases luck by 5.

Thx for the info.
I know that it is easy to see what they do when I choose, but after 3 days I forgot what I saw.
I then just see the list of potion names and I forgot what it was I once picked.

There's also no way of really telling what the final rewards do, making it hard to choose between them.
