Stuck on Fortress generated level

Stuck on Fortress generated level
I went through the portal for a fortress generated level and killed the boss. It was some kind of wraith that could walk through walls which is where it was when I killed it. Sadly, either it didn't generate a portal home or I destroyed the portal when I cleared the wall. In any case my character is stuck. I wanted you to know about the possible bug, but also can anyone tell me how I can get out? Also, thanks for making such a great game.

I was playing beta 27 when it happened so apologies if that's fixed already. I downloaded 28 today but it seems incompatible so I will have to play this one out in 27.
Thanks for the offer of help. This is the first character I got past infancy so I intend to take it as far as I can. It won't let me create an in game account right now so I'll have to find you on there another time. Other things to do right now.
