b27 Insane Gwelgoroths at Derth too low lvl

The gwelgoroths at Derth were level 18ish when they should have been around level 35 or so.

Fixed the Storming the City quest: gwelgoroths will have the correct level now
They were never supposed to be 15 levels above your own apparently.
Having satellite internet is a lot like relying on the processes described in those RFC's for your internet. Except, instead of needing to worry about statues interrupting your connection, this time you worry about the weather. I have satellite internet. Fun, no?

Whatever level they are supposed to be they just wasted my really promising level 12 dwarf fighter...
