A couple of bugs:
- Dominant Will does not show up under the right-click target menu
- If Dominant Will is selected whilst frozen it will automatically attempt to dominate yourself

actually, ALL status effects your abilities inflict while frozen will target you. kind of sucks. New freeze is really broken.
